Great tub and customer service

This tub is beautiful and beyond my expectations. There was a slight issue at first, but customer service quickly resolved it and was very easy to work with. Our remodel is complete, and we already love this tub as a centerpiece of our new bathroom! We look forward to many years of enjoyment. I definitely give both the tub and the company 5 stars!

The tub looks great in our updated bathroom and is really comfortable. I can fully stretch out while still having my head and shoulders supported by the back of the tub. The slight slope makes it easy to recline and enjoy a long bath. Even my kids, who usually only take showers, want to use it. I’d give it 5 stars if Empava had delivered it on time.
