What methods of payment are accepted?

- We do accept checks as a form of payment, but checks must clear before shipping.
How long is order handling/shipping times?
Usually 1-2 business days for handling, and 5-10 business days for shipping depending on the brand. If an item has a longer lead time, we will contact you before capturing payment to confirm the order. What is your cancellation policy?
Almost all orders can be generally cancelled for 100% refund before shipment (Debit/Credit Card payments are subject to a 2.9% return fee). Custom made items with longer lead times for shipping should be cancelled before materials are built. Contact us immediately at email@example.com if you need to cancel your order. After shipment, the order is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order over the phone by calling or texting our number at 1-909-895-3980.
You can also order online by hitting "Add to Cart" on your desired item, hit the cart icon on the top right of the page, and hit "Checkout." Enter your shipping/billing information to complete checkout.
Order confirmations will be sent immediately and your order will be processed immediately during business hours as well.
What if my product is damaged?
When your package arrives, inspect them immediately for any possible damages. Even if you notice the box is damaged, note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are not able to open the package during delivery.
If your item is damaged, please take photos of this and email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process an immediate replacement.
How do I know when my orders ships?
After orders are placed, an order confirmation email immediately will be sent with your order details. You will be notified with a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped from the warehouse. If an item is sold out due to high demand, you will be notified within one business day.
Is it possible to change my order?
Orders can only be changed before shipping. We can gladly change your order at no additional charge and the difference will only need to be paid or refunded. Please email us at email@example.com to request an order change.
