It’s beautiful, lightweight, and easy to install. The bubbles are fantastic, and I really enjoy the LED lights. The only downside is that the waterfalls create a mess, and I haven’t figured out how to turn the jets on without also turning on the waterfalls. The tub is narrow, but I don’t mind since it uses less water to fill.

So far, I’ve had great customer service. I haven’t installed it yet, so I can’t speak to how it works, but I appreciate everything so far. The shipment arrived on time, and the delivery team made sure nothing was damaged. Customer service also called to confirm everything was delivered correctly.

Assembly was easy, and it looks beautiful once set up. I use it at 140 degrees for 25 minutes and feel amazing afterward. My routine includes a 20-minute soak in the hot tub, followed by the sauna and a shower—it makes me feel like a new person. At 76 with arthritis, I can confidently say this is one of the best gifts I've ever received. You’ll be amazed by its beauty and quality—it looks far more expensive than it is.

This tub is beautiful and beyond my expectations. There was a slight issue at first, but customer service quickly resolved it and was very easy to work with. This bathtub is very nice. Deep and tall, making it easy to get in and out of. It fits perfectly into a 72-inch space, providing plenty of room for soaking. It fills quickly, is very comfortable to sit in, and drains super fast when you're done.

I haven’t filled it to its highest level yet, and honestly, there’s no need to. At 5'5", I fit comfortably with my back reclined against the tub and my legs straight out. My husband installed it, so I’m not sure how easy the process was, but the tub arrived on time as advertised. Very satisfied with the product.

We ordered this soaking tub for our master bathroom, and it’s very nice looking, modern, and well-made. The tub was taller than average, so we had to bring it in through the window. Installation was a breeze since all the knobs and the pop-up drain plug were already installed. The air jets are more powerful than we expected. The motor isn’t as quiet as we thought it would be, but my wife really loves it.

I installed this tub entirely by myself, working on it after work and on weekends. I’m a DIYer, not a professional tub contractor, so I watched countless YouTube videos on installing electrical wiring, GFI breakers, pex water lines & fittings, and relocating PVC pipes for the center drain and waterproofing systems. After 30 days, the tub is installed and working beautifully! It’s spacious and luxurious, and I love the color-changing LED lights when the pump and jets are running. The tub holds a lot of water, so if you have a standard 40-gallon water heater, you’ll need to plan ahead. You’ll have to fill the tub, wait for the water heater to catch up, and then fill it the rest of the way. It’s totally worth it, though! Even without an onboard heater, this tub holds temperature pretty well.

One of the sauna parts arrived scratched and damaged, but customer service was helpful and replaced it. It was a bit frustrating since it took 3 weeks for the sauna to arrive and another 4 weeks for the replacement part. If not for the long shipping times, this would be a 5/5.

The best part is the Bluetooth feature, which lets me play music while I relax. Great tunes, colorful lights, and having friends around make for an amazing night! It truly enhances the experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get this tub.

We are both tall (5'9'') and large people (240lbs). Regular bathtubs were just too small. In this bathtub, we have enough room to sit, slide forward and sink down a bit so that the water comes up to our shoulders. It drains reasonably fast but the jets are a bit loud, all in all tough a good tub.

The tub looks great in our updated bathroom and is really comfortable. I can fully stretch out while still having my head and shoulders supported by the back of the tub. The slight slope makes it easy to recline and enjoy a long bath. Even my kids, who usually only take showers, want to use it. I’d give it 5 stars if Empava had delivered it on time.

I had my trailer ready for the delivery, and they set it right on. I had it professionally wired, and it works perfectly. The design is gorgeous, and the colorful lights add a nice touch. I’m really happy with my purchase!

It takes 2 or 3 people to assemble, but it only took us about 30 minutes. We use it several times a week. Very comfortable.

We hired a professional installer to help with the setup. The tub looks big and beautiful! I’m really happy with it. It’s well-structured, with plenty of nozzles, and I’m sure it will be very comfortable to use. The wood grain finish on the outside adds a nice textured touch. This is a really nice tub. It fills up well to fully cover your body for a great soak. The only downside is the center drain, which can pop up if you sit on it or bump it by accident. Other than that, it’s perfect!

The driver even helped us unload the tub from the trailer, which made for a great delivery experience. The tub is really big, so it’s perfect for hosting 5 or 6 friends. Overall, a great shopping experience and excellent value for the money!

Uncrated and inspected the tub, then ordered different colored hardware. Had to wait another month for it to arrive. I’m eager to install it, but I couldn’t until I replaced the faucets and hardware. The brushed nickel hardware finally arrived, and they look great. Now, it’s time to install!

I love the design and quality of the tub. However, it hasn’t been installed yet. I’m disappointed that there are no pictures showing the underside of the plumbing and electrical component locations. This makes it difficult to pre-plumb the electrical, drain, and water supply connections without having the tub physically present. We did experience a delivery schedule issue, but it was resolved quickly by customer support. Thanks!
