We’re really happy with this tub

It’s like a hot tub but compact enough to fit in a small space. The jets are strong, so don’t underestimate them! It might not be ideal for taller people, but we highly recommend it.

Room for improvement

The Empava tub is sturdy with great depth for comfortable use. While there were some initial issues with the drain system that were eventually resolved, there is still some slow drainage with the last bit of water. Overall, I’m satisfied with the tub’s construction and performance.

The first tub we received was damaged on the rim, which made me worried about getting a replacement in good condition. The shipping process was long, and the initial tub arrived heavily damaged. Fortunately, Empava’s excellent customer service quickly resolved the issue and sent a new one. The replacement was surprisingly lightweight and easy to install, replacing our old jetted tub with its beautiful, clean lines. We love our new tub and are very happy with our purchase.
