What is a Dreampod?

The Dreampod is the most luxurious, full featured floatation tank in the market. It requires 500kilograms of epsom salt to get the solution just perfect for floating.

What was your inspiration in the design, and shape of the Dreampod?

Our vision was to create something that would be visually stimulating, eliminating any type of intimidation to beginner floaters. Based on our research and experience, we believe the floatation tanks MUST be inviting and welcoming as a rule of thumb. This will allow beginner floaters to feel most relaxed, increasing the chance of them returning for future floats. The Dreampod offers all aspects of comfort and safety in mind.

Are you using inferior branded components in the Dreampod?

All critical components are imported from the U.S or Europe and hold certifications proving it’s quality from standard certification bodies.

Is the Dreampod fully automated and what does that mean?

The Dreampod is completely automatic, making handling and managing very easy. The Dreampod features an automatic filtration system, which will automatically kick in after each float.

How much space do I need for my Dreampods?

The Dreampod pods are available in different sizes and shapes to accommodate various spaces. Our flagship V2 float tank, for instance, can fit in a 10′ by 14′ area. What is the maintenance of the tank like?

It is very easy to clean around the motors and the pods. For the pump, just remove the engine box, and clean around the components with a damp cloth, soaked in warm water. Besides for this, you will need to change a filter bag once or twice per month, depending on how busy the Dreampod is. You will also need to add salt once per month, again, depending on how busy that tank is. Other than that, regular morning maintenance of wiping the tank down and getting it ready for business.

If something breaks down, how would I go about getting parts for repairs? And how long could I expect the pod to be shut down for?

It is important to note, we are the manufacturers. We are the direct link to the Dreampod, so there are no middle men involved in getting components. All parts would be sent with in 24 hours. Our trouble shooting team is available 24/7.

Do I need help with the initial setup? If so, would you or one of your employees come out to help with that? Would transportation/accommodations for this be an extra cost I would incur?

Remote installation and assembly instructions for the pods can be provided. A Dreampod technician will arrange for a video conference to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the assembly instructions.Once the pod is assembled, we will have a second video call to configure the software and conduct a thorough systems check. After the pod(s) has been checked, the technician will provide you with detailed training on the maintenance and operation of your pod(s). You will also receive the necessary documents and checklists to ensure the process is properly completed.Having our technician come over for assembly is also an option. He will assemble, test and train you on the functions and maintenance of the pod(s). The cost for this service will be USD650 per pod. We also ask that the client pay for travel and lodge.

How many tanks can I fit into a shipping container and how long is delivery?

One, or two pods will fit into a 20’ container, while three and four pods will fit into a 40’ container. Delivery can take anywhere between 10 and 25 days, depending on your location.

Does my Dreampod float tank come with warranty?

Our products do come with a warranty of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of purchase. Please make sure you have a copy of the receipt and that the floatation device has not been tampered with to qualify for warranty, repairs, and/or exchanges.

My device was defective. What do I do?

If your Dreampod float pod or ice bath experiences any damage or malfunction, please contact our support team. We are committed to providing prompt assistance and will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours on regular working days.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:
- Free shipping only applies to U.S. 48 contiguous states.
- We ship within 48 hours after receiving payment.
- Shipping Usually takes 5-8 days, depending on location.
- Outside the 48 contiguous states, shipment is case by case.
- Shipments are curbside. We may offer additional white glove service for large pods.
- We use ABF and UPS for shipping.
- All above is only valid for items that are in stock in our US warehouse.

Return & Refund Policy:
- All return and refund customer communication will be handled by BATHRY.
- The customer has a 30-day window from the date they received the item to return it for a refund.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition they received it, including the original packaging.
- They must include the receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt. We will provide you with an update on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If the return is approved, we will issue you a refund equal to the amount we received from you for this specific item, minus the shipping cost.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping when returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the sales will be charged to the client to cover any expenses that cannot be recovered due to the return.

Exclusions and Limitations

This limited warranty only applies to the product manufactured by or for Dream Water Ltd. that can be identified by its designation, the “Dreampod Floatation Pod Series”. The limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Dream Water products and services other than the Product, (b) non-Dreampod hardware product, or (c) software, even if packaged or sold with the Product or embedded in the product. Dream Water Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dream Water Ltd. is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use. The warranty does not apply to a Product or part of the Product that has been altered or modified (e.g. to alter functionality or capability) by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd. , or if the Product has components installed that is not approved by Dream Water Ltd. In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non – Dream Water Ltd. approved products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the Product outside permitted or intended uses described by Dream Water Ltd.; or (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Dream Water Ltd.. This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to Dream Water Ltd. This is your responsibility.

Warranty coverage:

Dream Water Ltd. warrants the Dreampod Floatation Pod (V2, Vmax, Cabin, Open Pool, Sport, Home Pro) against defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of THREE (3) YEARS for all fiberglass material construction and ONE (1) YEAR for all electronic and mechanical components (Pump, chiller unit, filtration system, computer systems) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (Warranty Period). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Dream Water Ltd. will either (a) repair the hardware defect at no charge using new or refurbished replacements, or (b) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, at the manufacturer’s discretion. In event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. A replacement part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
