We offer the option for lift gate service on all items weighing over 100 pounds. This service is a special truck with a hydraulic lift to lower the product from the truck to the curbside.
This optional service typically costs $35 to $125, depending on the type of equipment that is shipped. You will likely need this service if delivery is going to residence. Otherwise, you will need 2-4 strong and able-bodied people to unload the equipment from the delivery truck (delivery drivers are not obligated to help take items off their trucks).
If you have a loading dock, forklift or freight terminal, you will not need lift gate service.
Otherwise, you will need this service to safely lower equipment from the truck to the curbside (if you do not have the equipment or manpower to safely unload your equipment).
Please be sure to inspect items for damage before signing and taking receipt of your shipment. If your item is damaged, please make sure "Possibly freight damage" is noted by the courier and contact us immediately.
