No complaints at all!

Assembly was easy, and it looks beautiful once set up. I use it at 140 degrees for 25 minutes and feel amazing afterward. My routine includes a 20-minute soak in the hot tub, followed by the sauna and a shower—it makes me feel like a new person. At 76 with arthritis, I can confidently say this is one of the best gifts I've ever received. You’ll be amazed by its beauty and quality—it looks far more expensive than it is.

The shipment had some issues when it arrived.

One of the sauna parts arrived scratched and damaged, but customer service was helpful and replaced it. It was a bit frustrating since it took 3 weeks for the sauna to arrive and another 4 weeks for the replacement part. If not for the long shipping times, this would be a 5/5.

It takes 2 or 3 people to assemble, but it only took us about 30 minutes. We use it several times a week. Very comfortable.

Delivery was fast, with the sauna arriving securely packed on a standing pallet. It was heavy and well-protected, and everything was undamaged upon unpacking. Assembly would have been smoother with clearer markings for the front and back on the floorboard, and we needed a rubber mallet to get the walls flush with the floor. Despite that, the process wasn’t too stressful. We tried it out this afternoon, and it worked as expected, with lots of nice little features.
