Bathry strives to ship all orders in a timely and efficient manner. We offer free domestic shipping on applicable products for shipping to one physical address within the 48 contiguous United States. Once an order is placed for an in-stock item, we will process your shipment within 2 to 3 business days. Due to this time restraint, any changes to the order such as consignee, ship-to address, shipping method, or any other reasons will result in a delay of shipment and subject to additional fees.

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Tracking:

Once your order is picked up by carrier at our warehouse, an email notification with tracking information will be sent to the registered email address on your order. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking information becomes available on the carrier’s website.

Backorder Items:

Out-of-stock items can be added to the shopping cart. Once an order is checked out, in-stock items on the order will be charged and shipped within 2 to 3 business day, and out-of-stock items will be provided with an approximate lead time.  For out-of-stock order, we will not charge your account until the items are back in stock and available to ship.

Parcel Shipments:

We ship smaller, lighter items such as faucets, accessories, and kitchen sinks via courier or mail (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or USPS). You'll receive notification as soon as the order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be registered/scanned in the carrier's system. This could prevent visibility to your shipment. A signature is not required, therefore any shipment delivered when there is no available person to sign for the shipment will be left at the front door.

LTL Shipments:

At Bathry, we attempt to provide the absolute best shipping prices possible for customers. All LTL shipments are curbside delivery at no cost to customer. Oversized items such as bathroom vanities, or other items exceeding 155 pounds will ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) shipment. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and a person must arrange a 4-6 hours delivery window, and be available at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment. The delivery agent will unload the item(s) and place it on the curb outside your home or shipping address. You may want to ask a family member or friend for an extra hand to move it. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled delivery, or if the shipment is refused without valid reason. For other extra delivery options such as White Glove or Threshold Delivery, customers may contact us to request a quote prior to purchase. Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.

Actions to Damaged Packages:

Before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver, please carefully inspect the shipment for any visible damage. Open the boxes and inspect the products (Countertops, sinks, etc.) for damages or missing parts. If damages are found, reject the shipment and ask the driver to take it back immediately, and note the “damages”on the Delivery Bill before signing for the shipment and releasing the driver. Contact Bathry within 24 hours of receiving or refusing a damaged shipment for further instructions.

Signature Confirmation:

Some small parcel orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature. For oversized shipment, a person 18 years of age or older must present at the delivery to sign for the shipment.

Additional Shipping Charges:

For special areas that requires special delivery services, such as Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc., is subject to extra shipping fees. Please contact our customer support to request a quote prior to purchase. Otherwise, you may arrange delivery with your preferred freight agent for shipment.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Water Creation. If for any reasons you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below to make your return process a smooth experience:

Products that are unused and in its original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.

If the return request for this order falls outside of the 30-day return policy period. We will accept the return as long as it is in original packaging and all items are received in good condition, but a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

Products that had been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.

Returns without an RMA number or PO number will not be accepted. No exceptions.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment only after we receive the returned product in its original condition in its original packaging.

Products that are marked as non-returnable or discontinued cannot be returned.

Damage Policy

All products shipped to you are carefully packaged to help ensure that you receive the products in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please inspect the package carefully. For large products that are shipped by LTL (less than truckload) freight, please carefully examine, and inspect the product before signing off on the product and releasing the driver. If damages are found for product(s) shipped by LTL freight, please refuse the shipment by noting the damage on the Delivery Form (POD) and ask the driver to take it back and must contact Bathry within 24 hours to arrange for refund or replacement.

For any missing part(s), please contact Bathry within 24-48 hours to arrange for replacement.

For damaged products or any missing parts received by parcel shipment (UPS, FedEx), you must contact Bathry within 24 hours to arrange for return, exchange, or refund.

Once again, the consignee will be responsible for any LTL freight damages that are not notated on the Delivery Form. Please inspect the products carefully before accepting delivery.

*All Water Creation products carry a (1) One-Year Limited warranty unless otherwise stated.  The warranty is non-transferable.

BATHROOM VANITY / CABINET ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the one (1) year term of the original owner or end-user. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the one year. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, modification, removal, or labor costs associated.

This warranty does not cover products exposed to improper use / installation / conditions or abuse in any way. "Improper use or conditions" includes, but is not limited to, damage from mishandling or misuse, damage from excessive heat, exposure to UV light, physical or chemical abuse, acid etching, staining or damage from improper care and maintenance or damage from chipping, cracking, impact damage or breaking due to customer abuse, normal wear and tear or acts of nature (such as, but not limited to, stains, scratches or chips). Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

Water Creation reserves the right to replace defective material with other similar materials in the event that the product protected under this warranty has been discontinued. Water Creation does not replace products resulting from damages occurring after delivery; during installation or storage of the product; improper storage/handling; water temperatures in excess of 150°; use of abrasive or improper cleaners or chemicals.

PRODUCT FINISH ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All product finishes offered by Water Creation carry a One (1) Year Limited Warranty against defects, with the exception of Polished Chrome, which carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defect. Physical damages and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse or improper cleaning products are not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

FAUCET LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its faucets to be leak and drip free during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation warrants the mechanical component (cartridge) of the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the initial date of purchase by the owner or trade professional, from an authorized Water Creation dealer, through the lifetime term of the original owner or end-user. If the faucet should leak or drip from normal use, Water Creation will mail the replacement cartridge necessary to put the faucet in good working condition free of charge. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.

STAINLESS-STEEL SINK LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Water Creation warrants its Stainless-Steel Sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. Water Creation will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or make appropriate arrangements to rectify such defects which occurred from normal usage within the time that the original purchaser owns the home. Scratching, gloss-reduction, acid buildup, staining, and other issues occurred from use over time are not defects but are results from normal wear and tear, and thus not covered by the warranty. Water Creation is not responsible for any inspection, installation, removal, or labor costs associated.
