FEATURE 1	Unlike any tub you have ever seen before, this completely hanging hammock bathtub, will surely make a statement in any bathroom. Where else have you ever seen a suspended bathtub before :)
FEATURE 2	Made of smooth solid surface resin composite material with a black matte finish.
FEATURE 3	This tub does not have an overflow hole and does not need one. This is because a drain would be installed in the floor directly under the tub's drain opening so if any water spills out it would flow into the floor drain.
FEATURE 4	The HammockTub must be installed between two walls. Since this tub is suspended above the floor you will need to select a shower drain to install on the floor directly under the tub's drain hole. Another option is to create a slight angle on the entire floor under the tub and install a linear drain at the end of the slope.
FEATURE 5	Includes a concealed black matte matching pop-up drain. Also included is a drain flange that mounts under the tub to prevent splashing.
FEATURE 6	This tub requires that you purchase a floor mounted or wall mounted tub filler. No faucets or predrilled holes included.
FEATURE 7	The durable surface of this tub makes it extremely resilient to scratches and stains. However, if any imperfection occurs on the white color, it can easily be removed using extra fine sand paper. Do not sand the black color.
FEATURE 8	Human weight capacity of 300 lbs. It can hold one or two people as long as their total combined weight is 300 lbs or less.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system, and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If you tracking information had not been received within six days of your order, please follow us with us at info@bathry.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.

Typically when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

Once the order has shipped, it takes typically 1-2 business for your order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary depending on location, and this can typically be between 4-7 business days. Therefore, as a general rule, we give a minimum of a 2 week lead time after your order is placed for your item to be delivered. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please be patient as lead times can unfortunately be longer.

Shipping Concerns:

Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration and additional costs for your order.

It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:

Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws

International Shipping (anywhere outside the lower 48 United States):
