Shipping & Handling

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system, and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If you tracking information had not been received within six days of your order, please follow us with us at info@bathry.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.

Typically when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

Once the order has shipped, it takes typically 1-2 business for your order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary depending on location, and this can typically be between 4-7 business days. Therefore, as a general rule, we give a minimum of a 2 week lead time after your order is placed for your item to be delivered. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please be patient as lead times can unfortunately be longer.

Shipping Concerns:

Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration and additional costs for your order.

It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:

  • Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws
  • Deliveries to Islands
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Delivery requires the use of ferry, train, plane or additional courier transport

International Shipping (anywhere outside the lower 48 United States):

We do not offer free shipping outside the lower 48 United States at this time due to high shipping costs. However, you may call our office number for a quote to see if we could possibly arrange an order for you.

Returns & Refunds

EASY RETURNS

We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don’t work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund less shipping charges or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and items are in sellable condition. Shipping charges and a 20% restock fee will apply for Buyer’s Remorse returns. 

REFUNDS NOT ACCEPTED IF 

  • Items have been altered or mishandled
  • Items have custom work or painting at time of sale
  • Items are Special-order/ Special Pricing
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber’s putty, etc.).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If an item is flawed or damaged from shipping, let us know. We’re available with expert support at info@bathry.com

TRUCK DELIVERY RETURNS

If you need to return a large item (tub, vanity, etc.) that was delivered by truck, contact customer service at info@bathry.com. Please note that there is a flat fee of $175 for truck delivery returns.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you choose the wrong item, we’ll help you return it and assist you with a new order. If a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty, just let us know.

SENDING YOUR PACKAGE

Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Include the Return Number and return address included in the email. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment. Shipping fees are at the customer’s expense. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

Allow 14 business days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later. Once your return has been received, you’ll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you.
