Shipping & Handling

We mirror the policies of our brands and our policies vary by product. You can find the information on the individual product page under the Shipping & Handling tab.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us. This means we have your order in our system, and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If we find that your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and will reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) can be shipped within 5 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges on your credit card, the items will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be sent from us within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center to the e-mail address provided to us during check out. If you tracking information had not been received within six days of your order, please follow us with us at info@bathry.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders and on applicable items and brands as well.

Typically when an order has been received, it will be processed immediately. After this, it will take about 1-3 business days after confirmation of the order, payment, and pickup time to fulfill your order.

Once the order has shipped, it takes typically 1-2 business for your order to leave the warehouse. Freight carrier times vary depending on location, and this can typically be between 4-7 business days. Therefore, as a general rule, we give a minimum of a 2 week lead time after your order is placed for your item to be delivered. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, please be patient as lead times can unfortunately be longer.

Shipping Concerns:

Please share all concerns about the delivery of your product to your location to avoid delays, frustration and additional costs for your order.

It is important to note the following that can bring additional costs:

  • Charges the freight company levies if an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Transport restrictions for truck height or bridge laws
  • Deliveries to Islands
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Delivery requires the use of ferry, train, plane or additional courier transport

International Shipping (anywhere outside the lower 48 United States):

We do not offer free shipping outside the lower 48 United States at this time due to high shipping costs. However, you may call our office number for a quote to see if we could possibly arrange an order for you.

Warranty

Alfi Brand products are warranted to the original customer to be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Toilets & Bidets come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze & 1 Year on flushing mechanism & toilet seat. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

Whirlpool Tubs offer a 1 year limited warranty on all parts.

Porcelain Sinks come with a 5 year limited warranty on all porcelain parts against fading/staining of the glaze. All cracks and chips due to misuse, freight damage, and improper installation; whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person, will void the warranty.

Warranty begins from purchase date on invoice. An invoice must be provided in order to file a warranty claim. If a free replacement is granted under warranty, the warranty time frame continues from the original purchase date, and not from the date of free replacement.  

The majority of Replacement Parts for all items are kept in stock in the Los Angeles. There are only rare instances where additional time would be required to get a special part from the factory. In both cases our warranty team in Los Angeles will assist you through out the entire process to insure you get the parts you need. 

ALFI BRAND products are warranted for normal use only and exclude defect or damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, scratches, dents, abrasives, chemicals, improper installation/care/maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service provider, or unqualified person), or alteration. This warranty does not apply to the replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear, dirt, lime scale, aggressive air or water conditions, or harsh or abrasive cleaners or materials. If a product is defective, the limit of damage is the cost of the defective material. This warranty is non-transferable. ALFI BRAND is not liable for consequential damage, labor, loss, or expense of any nature.

Returns & Refunds

Return Goods Authorization: All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by an RGA form. Package must have an RGA # on the box. Submit your request with this RGA Form. Or Download the form as a PDF and email it with photos.

30 Days: All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date.

25% Re-Stocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Condition:  Item must be in its original packaging and in mint condition.  No items may be returned after installation or attempt of installation.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If requested a Cal-Tag can be issued by Alfi Trade Inc. for a $15 fee plus the cost of return shipping which is the same rate charged for original shipping.  All returns must ship to our LA warehouse - not Kansas. Once approved, return to 4011 W. Jefferson Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90016

Inspect within 1 Day: All items must be inspected for damage within 1 day of receipt. We must receive written notification of any damage within 2 days by submitting an RGA form which includes a description of the damage and images of the damaged product and outer box.

Return Shipping: In case of goods damaged during shipping, If it’s necessary for item to be returned Alfi Trade Inc. will pay for return shipping costs. Alfi Trade Inc. will also pay for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Defective Under Warranty: As long as the item is still under warranty and was purchased directly from Alfi Trade Inc. we will gladly help you solve any issue. All warranty claims must be submitted on the Warranty Claim page along with a description of the problem and several images of the item and problem if possible to photograph.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or fax. If received prior to shipping, order will be voided with zero fees. If the item has already shipped an RGA for return must be submitted before the item can be returned.
