Replacement for Damages or Missing Parts:
Please inspect and check the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive for delivery. If you notice significant damage damages (especially signs of forklift damage), refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If there are some minor damages, make note of this on the delivery slip before signing for delivery.
If you do not note damages on the delivery receipt and accept a damaged item you are essentially voiding the insurance coverage on your item and accepting it in the condition you received it in. We cannot guarantee the manufacturer will cover any replacement parts for you if you do not note damages on the delivery slip.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process an insurance claim for your product coverage.
If an item came defective or with missing parts and this is reported within 72 hours, this will be handled at no extra expense and we will get the manufacturer to send you the replacement or missing part. If you report this after 72 hours, we cannot guarantee you will get a replacement/missing part at no additional cost.

No Cancellations & Refunds For The Following:
All orders that are custom made also cannot be cancelled or refunded due to them being custom made to your specification. Please e-mail or call us to check if your order or potential purchase is a custom or made to order product.
Return Window & Cost:
All returns are based on the specific policy prescribed by the manufacturer for returns. Generally, this is typically a 30 day return policy on most items that we carry that are still in new condition and unopened. All returned items must be in original packaging and contain all parts and components they came with. If you are having a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Customers will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (10-20% of the item cost) if they return any item, even if the item was shipped for free by us.
Also, all cancellations will be subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will only be remitted to the original payment method used when your order was placed.
Product damages may void the return completely and you may only be eligible for replacement parts.
Please make sure you are in compliance with city, county and state codes & requirements. Please contact your county or city inspector for requirements if you will be receiving an inspection. We are not responsible if you are denied installation for an inspection.
We work hard to assist you and resolve any potential issues that may arise with your purchase. We believe chargebacks are not an answer to a problem. We operate with integrity and expect you to have integrity as a buyer as well.
Customers who file a fraudulent chargeback will be liable for theft. If you are having a legitimate issue with delivery, your purchase, or your product, please let us know. Chargebacks take months to resolve and we can generally resolve most issues within 1-2 business days. If you feel your problem isn't being heard or properly addressed, please request to have your issue escalated.
When you purchase from BATHRY, you are acknowledging this Exchange Agreement:
- I understand I must inspect my package upon delivery and note damages on the delivery slip and send photos to BATHRY within 24 hours of delivery.
- I understand that if I want to return my product it must be in the original packaging and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
- I understand I am liable for the return cost of shipping for a return. I understand I will have to pay for shipping for the event of an exchange.
- I understand if I cancel my order after it ships, I am unable to receive a full refund.
- I understand the return shipping costs may cost me 25% or more of the product cost and restocking fees may cost 15% or more of the product cost.
- I understanding that shipping dates provided are estimates and are subject to change at any time and for any reason.
- I understand and agree that I will not file a chargeback for an order delay. I will contact BATHRY if I would like to change or cancel my order.
